15 years’ experience in the construction industry and remodeling works in Florida with: - Construction and remodeling of family homes, condos, etc. - Carpentry - Kitchen/Bathroom Remodeling - Tiling/Flooring - kitchens, bathrooms, swimming pools, etc.

Peter is the first builder in Florida with training for the NEW building system CLT (cross-laminated timber)-  which the company LERAS TRADE, LLC brings from Europe into the US trade. He cooperates with architects and participates in consultation with Planning & Development Services of Sarasota County.
